Chicken breast free range –
2 breasts – make 4, (cut through in half, or make 3 from one

hammer for chicken
salt – sprinkle over

egg + salt

veg oil – 1/2 cm,
high – put some breadcrumbs in the oil
once they start to sizzle, put on 1/2 heat and fry the chicken – one side till brown
